.swf resource will not get external data

I am trying to open a .swf file in OL that calls out to external data stored in a folder. It calls to an XML file, images and a JS file. I have tried several ways to get this to open but with no luck. I have attahed a zip file with my OL code and the related files. I have even tried embedding the .swf file inside an other .swf file. In the "files" folder there are two .swf files "newtest.swf" and "blah.swf". blah.swf is the one I want to run. if you open it by itself you will see some interactive tabs. You can open the same thing by opening the "newtest.swf" file which calls out to the blah.swf, again it opens fine this way, but as soon as you try to use OL nothing happens.
