Which part did you have a problem with?
How long it took to download or that it seemed to take a bit to start downloading.

I'll try to figure out what the delay is.

The app is commerical. We have clients like IBM, GlaxoSmithKline and the US Military.

We tracked down the slow login problem.

Turned out to be issues with JBoss switching application contexts. In other words, if you went to http://thinktank.groupsystems.com, the login was slow, but if you went to http://thinktank.groupsystems.com/thinktank/web/index.html the login performance was fine.

So, we just put a redirect into the index.html at http://thinktank.groupsystems.com
