ANN: New LZX clip library for Textpad

Since I've been using windows alot more often now, I've had to find a good text editor - and it seems like TextPad is as good as any. I sat down today and wrote out a basic LZX clip library for Textpad - please feel free to use it, update it, share it, etc. etc. If you do make improvements, please send me a copy so I can update the original...
