Tab Element Help

Hi All,
I have created my own tabelement class by extending base tabelement class. I'm facing an issue when I look into the actual code. The height of the tabelement is calculated automatically based on the height of the Screen/Tab Slider.

Can anyone help me how to set the height for the tab elements based on the contents inside that tab element.

Also, I want to add new tab element at the mid (Adding tab element at the end is working fine) of tab slider. Anyones help will be very greatful for me.
