IDE4Laszlo is an Eclipse plug-in at www.eclipse.org/laszlo.

You don't need an IDE for Laszlo development -- any text editor will do -- but the Laszlo plug-in for Eclipse is at eclipse.org/laszlo.

I finally got through the painful process of trying to figure out what files, etc., I needed to download and install to get the IDE to work, and after all that, it seems I cannot design a Laszlo interface in a visual fashion. Like, what I would expect from an IDE. Like Flex, Visual Basic, Delphi, etc.
Am I missing something, or is the IDE not designed for visual design? When I switch to design view, I can move controls around, but as soon as I switch back to source view, none of the position information is retained. Switch back to design view and all the controls are just stacked on top of each other (from a Z axis perspective).
I am running on Windows XP. Is my installation botched? It would be nice if there was a formal installer that would just install what you need.

The editing in Design View used to work.

But I tested that case against 0.2.0 of the Laszlo plug-in, and it seems to have quit working.
I'll tinker some more before filing a bug report.
