Flex 1.5 to Laszlo code conversion tool

With the addition of Web 2.0 (Ajax & DHTML) options coming the only thing that would keep me using Flex in the short term is the amount of work related to the conversion of my existing Flex based applications into Laszlo. If you have a code conversion tool (even if it only was able to deal with 75% of the process) I would drop Flex in a minute.

Does any one else need this capability (Yes or No)?
