Hi,
With all the news about Open Source companies being swallowed by large companies and their funding companies, where this practice seems to contradict the “sales pitch” the open source companies use to attract developers “community etc”. The above practice makes it harder to invest any effort in using a product or developing it, if you have a good idea it is going to be closed off or stalled for a long period of time.
How is OpenLaszlo set up? Who's funding it, and are there any protection mechanisms to keep the project Open/Community based (as the lay person interprets those terms). If you're not protected against being swallowed up, are you moving in a direction to protect against it.
Thanks
