problem with view and grid

Hi
here i'm trying to work with views and grids but in these two cases i'm not getting result what i'm expecting

1) In view i want to expend the height of a particular view when i place cursor on it and again i want to reduce it to actual size

2) In grid i'm trying to sort the values on basis of indivudual columns (like subject , time , no.of views and no.of replys). In the case of subjects its working no porb. But remaining cases its not working properly is it possible to do like that?

I am not totally sure what is going on with the resize of the view onmouseout... but I do see the issue with the grid. You just need to add the datatype="number" to the <gridcolumn>. That will cause OL to coerce to a numeric value prior to applying the sort algorithm.
