silly feature request.. favicon in lxz page...

I would be nice if the page generated when viewing an lzx application had the little blue L made out of dots like the laszlosystems page has... using the link tag that Mozilla and Opera (and others) supports..

Or better yet, let the lzx code include a tag that would in turn generate the favicon, so that different apps could have different favicons.

LPs-2.0+ does this now. The base wrapper pages returned from the server include a favicon link to a dot-el dot-ico in your container.
