Hi Antun, can you replace the old Simple Weather Widget with the enclosed Simple Parameterized Weather Widget?

This fixes a graphic clipping bug in the initial version, by declaring the correct dimensions in the <canvas> tag, and it now externalizes some app attributes in an editable XML file. A new description file and screen shot are also enclosed.
