Using CTRL+V to paste

Is there a way that I can use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+v in order to paste text into a textbox or edittext box?

It should work already... What happens when you hit ctrl-v in an input text field now?

Boy, don't I feel dumb. Actually...I have a "paste" hot-key on my keyboard that I was trying to use, which doesn't work. CTRL+V does work though. Thanks Henry!
