big size image won't load as view resource

I need to load a big size image as a view resource, the physical size of it is 2.9MB, 3212x3812 pixel, however, I got "can't import image" complilation error, I shrink the image smaller and smaller, at some point, I don't get the complie error, but the image won't show either, until it is as small as 677k, 2700x3205 pixel, it will show up, so is there any limitation of image size to be loaded as view resource?

I can load a image with physical size is 1.49MB, but I can't load another with physical size is 1.66MB. What's limitation of image size?

Hi dong_xin00,

I just test our problem. And if you have a image with size larger 3276 pixel, Laszlo can't load it. You must reduce your image to load it.
