Is the source available for some of the more complex Demos? I would like to see the Calendar source, including any flash editable files.

I believe the source for calendar will be available in an upcoming incremental release, as well as the source for the dashboard or portal demo. Stay tuned...

These are the lzx sources, of course.

Someone asked for "flash source." Compiled LXZ programs are emitted (at this time) as flash (.swf) code, and you can do whatever you want with it. However, questions about flash are generally beyond the scope (or interest) of Laszlo Systems or this discussion board. Nothing about Laszlo is tied to the flash player; that just happens to be the first target.
