Jetty

Hello again, good morning.

I know this isn´t absolutely necessary, but would be very nice to have an distribuition of Laszlo Presentation Server using Jetty instead of Tomcat.

Jetty is away faster, smaller, stabler and has more features than Tomcat.

Adding Laszlo to a Jetty server is pretty trivial. You need only download the LPS Core package, unpack it and move the lps-2.2 directory to Jetty's webapps directory.

I´ve done that! But I´m sure that there´s a lot of people that have no idea what an servlet container is, and would appreciate a lot if Laszlo started faster hehe
