Need YouTube Player in OL

I really need a good YouTube movie player inside OL 4.1.1 to be run in SOLO swf mode.

Nothing I tried has worked best. My main concerns that I am not able to solve with my current limited knowledge

1. resizing the player
2. stopping youtube view playback from outside the youtube player.

Please help me with a sample
