At the bottom of the page http://www.laszlosystems.com/developers/documentation/installation/run-dr.php
there's a pointer to http://localhost:8080/lps-dr/index.php.
It's attached to "Start Here Page".

There seems to be no such file in the distribution.

Thanks for pointing this one out... it's supposed to point to index.html (or just http://localhost:8080/lps-dr/), which is the start here page.
