Are Laszlo Apps Distributable?

Specifically, would there be a way to burn an application created in Laszlo to CD so that regardless of machine setup, as long as the end user has a flash-enabled web browser they can access the app?

I guess part of that depends on whether you can take your Laszlo app and "compile" it into a standalone .swf file.

Any ideas?
