Assume I have a browser with 2 frames. 1 with a Laszlo app, and 1 with some html content.
I'd like to highlight the content in the html side and click a button on the laszlo app to suck that content in.
(I've posted another topic where I'd prefer to drag and drop the content... this is the backup plan.)
The third way would be a contextual menu where I could SEND the content to the Laszlo app.
Any ideas?
Hi! It's currently possible to send events into the browser, and also pass initialization arguments to Laszlo. Unfortunately, it's difficult to get events from the browser into a running Laszlo app with the current release of the product. We have this feature working, but it won't be released for a while yet. In the mean time, one possibility is to send events to the server and have your Laszlo app poll for changes...

Is it possible to drag (simple text, formatted text) from external application into laszlo app? Is it possible in a flash application at all (sans laszlo)?
Thanks.
