Hiding a Windows Border

I am interested in hiding the borders of a window...or equivalently, creating a borderless window or possible a window in which only the top border exists (for moving and closing perposes only). Someone has done this already, but I can not seem to find it in the forum. I would really appreciate any docs to tell how to do this or if you could provide a quick sample.

Hiding windows border is not possible for me, instead we can use a view with drag state applied. This also give the window dragging.
