Performance Issue while using OpenLaszlo

Hi People,

As i recently came across OpenLaszlo and i found it really nice... and eventually planned to use it in my website....

But before that i want to know that as there are many layers in a OpenLaszlo stack so would it make any difference in performance of the website.

Lets put it straight my website will use heavy data that i want to publish to the client so if i use OpenLaszlo then would it make my site slow.... ( specially loading part)...
or would it be better to use.... other UI libraries like YUI or GWTK

Please do reply .... if you people have something to share.....

Like any other tool, the results you obtain are dependent upon how you use the tool to solve any particular problem and in the experience/intelligence of person wielding the tool.

By itself, using OpenLaszlo won't necessarily make your website slow...but if you use the tool poorly, then poor performance may be the fool's reward.
