Where I can find a war file with a laszlo example to understand better this stuff?

Is there a pdf file of a tutorial. I prefer to print than be logged.

I want to see solid web java examples, maybe with Netbeans, ando how Laszlo can communicate with a JavaBean or a servlet, etc.
